Away games are out of reach for Adam at the moment (but in the pipeline) and if we had been given a home match for Saturday 24th October 2026, he may not have attended the event he created.

However he did go along in a media capacity, tasked with capturing images of the day, and interviewing the special guests, Clem So, Brian Muir and Doctor Who, Paul McGann.

Fan TC Con it the Isle of Wight's longest running comic convention and it gives cosplayers a chance to express themselves and people the chance to meet a famous actor and a man who created the iconic Darth Vader helmet.

Meanwhile Southampton had travelled to The London Stadium to play an extremely confident West Ham United team with the main striker and midfield players injured.

A storm brewed up during the day, despite the Storm Troopers at 1Leisure, Newport and it left the event's special guests stranded on the island and likewise, the island's Saints and West Ham fans unable to to return home after the match.

The channel's main sponsor, and Sheffield United fan, Richard Quigley MP chats to us about Fan TC Con and football.
