Yep, villa improved slightly when smith made a couple of subs and you were just waiting for them to score from their only chance, in hindsight it was as comfortable a win as you could hope for but we’re conditioned to see it all go wrong. | |

Me too. I NEVER watch after we've lost but and only do so after we've won!
It was so good to finally see us play well at home. It was a little nervy for us at the end and we had to weather a bit of pressure from Villa. But, to be honest, they never particularly threatened and that second goal, after Reina had left an empty net, was exactly what we needed to settle the nerves and seal the win.
West Ham up next and given the run they're on and our excellent away form, I fancy our chances there. A win would take us just one win away from safety! | |
