It’s very good for Psoriasis sufferers as it tones down the bodies overactive immune system. I take these. The number to look for is the IU number. These are 4000 IU. They have now all sold out but I’m sure you can find similar elsewhere, but don’t wait because there is going to be a run on these vitamins now like with toilet rolls and hand gel.
