If, as it suggest, it is due to rise in Care Homes then it is not as critical as if it was in the wider community as I assume it is easier to contain the virus in Care Homes.

I think the mass testing in Care Homes is great news as it helps to get a real picture of what is happening and a strategy that is effective in protection Care Home residents and staff as well as wider community.
