Exactly this. Pretty sick mudslinging. Biden is an old man and many don't like his politics. They should stick to criticising him on that basis.
But, more generally, US politics is close to being completely lost to anything resembling reasonable political discourse. Trump has debased it and the Republican Party has let him.
