Our academy is a bit average to be fair, but in the last 10 years or so we have produced 5 Prem regulars, 5 Championship regulars (6 if you include a lad we took as an 18 year old), 4 who regularly play for the club, and others who play in top leagues in other countries. We have produced a regular PL player every other year, a Championship player every other year, and a L1 player every other year, plus some L2 players and others who have had fees and others who play in top foreign agues. So, according to Nick's criteria we aren't bad.
