Dunno if anyone's been following this tournament, but heading into the final round Ashleigh Buhai (SA) had a five shot lead after playing impeccable golf on the breezy links
It's not unusual for leads like that to evaporate, especially for someone who's never won a major before, and that's what duly happened. She ended up tied on -10 with Korean In Gee Chun
After the FOURTH playoff hole and with the twilight descending, Buhai's just sunk her putt to win it. I'd never heard of her before this tournament, but really pleased she came out on top after her first three rounds and very nearly bottling it
Just like the women's football last weekend, great sport
