Bit surprised that Chelsea have turned down Pochettino if he is available. Or is Mauricio holding out for the Saints job…..? [Post edited 7 Sep 2022 21:43]

Tuchel always struck me as being a bit highly strung and unable to control his emotions

The minute a manager at Chelsea and probably at most PL clubs, start criticising players in public, that's it, the sensitive souls on twenty million a year, down tools.

I’d probably put my money on Dyche or Parker, as both are used to managing teams of Brightons size, as well as having a fairly low budget, and both Brighton would easily be able to get hold of as I’m sure nether wouldn’t want the job. Although the bigger question for me is are they gonna keep to Brighton's regular playing style, or use their own, and if so how’s that gonna work out for them? As I do wonder if Brighton is up there due to Potter or if it’s more the players, or even a bit of both, but these next few months should be telling us the answer to that
