But my MOTM for us which I never thought I'd say was McCarthy! His saves did enough to keep him here, but unfortunately he made horrendous mistakes before that to say he must go!

I am guessing you didn't see the McCathy pass in penalty box that lead to Lavia giving it away, or the goal through his legs ?
He also got lucky when he was all over the show when Salah effort bounced off post, and a header across goal that went marginally wide.
I have not seen anything since McCarthy came back to the 1st 11, to suggest he will be any better in the Championship. I am still staggered that he was given such generous contract. [Post edited 29 May 2023 7:27]
