So which way are the away fans coming from the train station going to go and also the return journey?
Via the railway footbridge and/or down Britannia Road and past the statue?

We thought that we had the answers, It was the questions we had wrong.

Assume they'll go via Chapel Road.

Have you seen the state of our "safe standing" though? Instead of installing rail seats they've left the old seats in place and put a load of scaff poles behind them.

Genuinely looks like they put the job out to tender in a local pub and a scaff on a piss up went "yeah mush i can do that no worries" and robbed a load of poles off the site to put in it

Across the parks.

Would be the best way if you know where your going…

No CCTV in the parks so could be an interesting route for some... Probably a good thing the angel has stopped being what it was too (though heartbreakers might be interesting)

No idea, but thinking logically, we have only been away from the PL for one season so unless the away fans have all been very well informed by their respective clubs they will (or at least attempt to) come the way they always have done in the past which will be over the railway bridge and down to the Northam end. From the pictures I have seen there is a pathway outside the new SFC red fence about the same width as the one coming over the pedestrian railway bridge that looks like it goes down the length of the Kingsland from the Northam end to the Chapel end. So, if you are an away fan that has come over the railway bridge and landed to the right of the Northam end looking down to the Chapel end then I assume as an away fan you can access the new seats that way but I am sure I’ll be corrected if that is wrong as the assumption is only from the pics I have seen…

Yep, on a few occasions around the main tourist attractions in London I have seen tour guides hold a brightly coloured furled umbrella above their head to guide their pack of tourists in the right direction when there is a crowd of people around. I reckon we could do with a few ‘tour guides’ of our own at the Northam end with signs on 10 foot poles that simply say
AWAY FANS
NEW SEATS
THIS WAY
with an arrow pointing them in the right direction as it is nowhere near where they are used to going. Will be an interesting day v Forest!
