Striker instead of some of the new midfielders/'inside forwards/wingers, yes; instead of goalkeeper, NO.
Goalkeeper and striker were or should have been our 2 priorities in this transfer window. There is still hope that Archer can succeed as a centre forward if played there. Until that hope dies, there is still hope/wishful thinking. |  |
