I think Covid or unknown viruses are the course. I caught a virus 18 months ago and the damage to my heart has been life changing. Pretty gutting as i was a keen runner and it’s killed that. |  |

Im 52 now. I was running 5k pretty much every day and had never been fitter lol. I can see a bit of irony in that when i start living a bit healthier i got poorly. | |
