1-0 up but this modern football from England is so boring.
Just seen us play what seemed like 50 passes lose the ball and Finland nearly equalise.
Perhaps if they put the goals on the sidelines it might help.

I actually fell asleep.
And I have trouble sleeping.
So in future when I can't get to sleep I'll just replay an England match.
But some will say, it doesn't matter if its boring, it's the the result that counts.

But from whatever I saw before that at least it looked better than the previous game.

I’d take a 1-0 boring win every game.

I wouldn't dispute that a win is a win regardless.
But I'd rather see an attractive/ entertaining 1-0 win.
But after more than 50 years of watching top flight football what we want & what we get are two totally different things.
It's the expectation of the next half or next game being better that keeps us interested.
