I often wonder how both the Prince of Wales and the Chapel Arms survive apart from the once a fortnight home game to fill their boots.
These areas are pretty ethnically diverse and I can't imagine the local population are big pub goers anymore.

I went to the Engineers Arms after the game for a burger and a pint. Decent owners. Hope they prosper. I agree about number 5. The away fans try to goad the home support in the Chapel but those fans just sit there in silence. The Northam tried to make some noise at times but as you say, without any away fans to interact with, it's very low key and nothing comes of it! | |
