Yes, but how many times do we have to hear the same story? How many times will the players have "honest conversations" and then put the effort in for a few games, before reverting back to old habits again?

Mind you, if they are going to show up now and then, this week isn't a bad time to do it.

Just watched TE's press conference.
There's nothing wrong with his logic but he's either not getting that message over to the players or the players don't trust what he's preaching.
I think his problem is that he has a bunch of players that individually are not committed & collectively are not good good enough.

I suppose the thing is, do the players want to keep him in a job sufficiently to actually do the one thing that will guarantee him a few months longer?
