Loud, proud, supported the team immensely to get them over the line. Loads of people around me all stood up, really passionate support. Not sure what was going on with all those fans coming on the pitch at the end though!

I think our vocal support has been much better at home this year. I have sensed a coming together between the fans and the team this season. That seems to reflect in that our record at St Marys thus far has been much better this season. We have tough games coming up after the break so lets keep it up. We can't drop off now. | | | |

If not for a brilliant solo goal from Jimenez, we'd be unbeaten at St Mary's this season. It's definitely not a stadium other teams relish coming too. And, of course, we are unbeaten against Man City this season. [Post edited 22 Jan 2022 21:16]

Certainly have had some great atmosphere’s recently for the Spurs and Man City games, really is nice to hear most of the stadium actually sing and erupt the stadium with the best atmosphere of the south coast! | |

Looks like the in thing is trying to get a players shirt hence the pitch invasions . We were right at back of the Chapel so watched them all it was hilarious watching fat 50 year old stewards chasing young nippers all round the pitch . There was even on old lady who got on and went over to Romeu for a selfie . The steward didnt really know what to do so let her take the selfie and even moved out of the picture before another steward turnt up and escorted her arm in arm off the pitch.

Some Man City fans on social media saying that they will be making an official complaint to SFC about the handling of the situation by the stewards as they were rough and escalated the situation at the end, which is apparently why the City fans started to enter the pitch on mass at the end. My view is that they chose to enter the pitch, knowing they aren't allowed, so tough if they didn't like the stewards response!
This was a typical "one gets on the pitch, so one after the after started trying to get on too". They need to stop this as it's a security risk. A kid running on to get a shirt is one thing, but it is escalating and before we know a terrorist could get on or something.
