This thread is so negative! If Siggy stays, I will be delighted. I don't care about the USA tour. It was more for the unknown players to impress PC and Siggy is certainly not one of those.
Can anyone point out an instance where, on the field, Siggy has given less than expected, because all I recall is seeing a real desire to win, commitment to the team and a work rate second to none.
His attitude has been faultless so for this episode to destroy his reputation is, quite frankly, ludicrous!!
Leave the management to PC and let's see where we are when the season starts. If Siggy plays, that's good enough for me and we should all get behind him and the rest of the team in my opinion.

The PL champions Chelsea have an English-only policy when it comes to communicating on the pitch. Good enough for them, good enough for us!
What an absolute melon!! He was paid a fortune and couldn't get his carcass on side or control the ball even if it was put on his toes.
He also wanted to be played when we still had Bony. No comparison!
While we're at it, Wilf adapted to the Swansea way. That is why he was successful here.
Gomis had an appropriate celebration (not that we saw it that often) - Looked like he was a baby crawling and trying to grab sweets.

We are now in a position for the first time where we need to keep some squad members happy by giving them game time. Rumours about Gomis feeling out of it, etc. by having a cup run, players like Bafe will be more involved even past the ACON.
European football will attract new blood and keep our stars for another year.
25 points is a little early to be talking about guaranteed safety, but that's good. We don't want the team taking their feet off the gas. |
