With one in earlier in the week, it was one out on Friday as Kallum Higginbotham rejoined Accrington Stanley on loan after a spell with the flag wavers earlier in the season.

Higginbotham has suffered from that difficult second album syndrome this season, and has found it hard to build on that initial promise that he showed when he first broke into the first team in 2007.

He's been restricted to just five league appearances for Dale this season, the last of which saw him come on as a late sub and score against Accrington Stanley - the club he made five appearances for on loan between October and November of last year.

The loan spell will keep Kallum at Stanley until the end of March.
