Surely someone at St Mary's must now realise - SOMEONE or something HAS TO CHANGE - we will be bottom of the Premiership by the end of 2017 if not. Feel sorry for the guys who you interviewed - the most positive thing ..... it wasn't 4, It is Soooo depressing seeing our team performing so poorly - when certain fixable solutions could easily see improvements.

You would hope some changes will come soon but the board are probably too concerned about their own futures than that of the club to be overly concerned about the plight of our club. As long as Reed is calling the shots nothing will change and sad to say he's probably already got the ear of Chairman Gao so change if any will be in the wrong place.

You can never rule out that relegation might be part of a strategy to decimate the wage bill by clearing out expensive journeymen at the same time quickly raising capital to pay off Gao's debts. Would a few years in the Championship be such a bad thing as being in this currently massively under balanced PL is no greta skies at all. Fans are fed up with it anyway judging by many comments on TUI camera.

Football is a game to be enjoyed by the players and spectators alike. Sadly, the Saints generally have not been enjoying their football but are going through the motions.
They are hoping something good will happen instead of making it happen. This attitude has to change if they are to improve and get results. Too many of them are going missing during the games, particularly against Liverpool.
Heads went down, the battle and fight was knocked out of them after the first goal.
Individually they have to take responsibility and ownership for their own performances.
Are they letting distractions outside of football encroach on their playing? Have they lost focus of their job, which is to win games?
As an example, the great chess player, Bobby Fischer. In one of his early games he played like a novice and was fortunate to get away with a draw. One commentator said to him, "It is not enough to be a good player you must also play well."
A chess player cannot hide if he has a bad game but some of the Southampton players are letting themselves and their fans down.
Get a grip, you players, your careers only last a short time, make sure when you cannot play anymore, you can look back with pride and not regret at your football days!
