Totally inept display, completely outplayed by the better team that wanted it more.
Sadie Mane was nowhere in this game and will not be missed if this game was anything to go by.Hardly any chances created in this match, Forster looked like a deer caught in the headlights, poor game from others too with the exception of VVD.
Have to turn this around quickly or we lose touch in a hurry.Coyr.

We were surprisingly awful from the first kick to the last. We were so bad that it would be pathetic to blame the referee but I did wonder why he gave a free kick EVERY time a Bournemouth player fell over.
This had an end of season feel to it - a bit disturbing only a day after the end of February. Yes - 40 points will be enough to stay up but surely we are more ambitious than that.

Utter tripe. Every Bournemouth player better than ours. Even their manager wss better than ours.
Time to stop kidding ourselves about Europe. We are not good enough and even our recent good run was played on the back foot. We have saved ourselves from relegation but whether w deserved to is another matter.
Only good point about last night is that our good neighbours are a bit close to safety.

What's the excuse for that performance? Tired after a long coach journey?

Fonte hasn' learnt that sometimes it is better to kick the ball into the stands. He cost us the first goal and the game.

Afraid I have to agree with all the previous comments. It was a shocker of a performance. we looked disinterested in this "derby" and were bullied for on the beginning. B'mouth were up for it, we weren't. Shocking referring decisions, injured players, wouldn't score if we played until Sunday, just one of those horrendous matches where nothing would go right.

I just hope this isn't the start of a bad run like around Christmas. We have a bad habit of good run, bad run, good run... now is not the time for a bad run.

Inexplicable. Looks like we've settled for 13th place. Everyone played last weekend so no excuse for tired legs. A low for this season even by the standards when we were losing every week. The rest of this season will be a long grind now and looking at the fixture list it is not easy to see where more points will come from.

Would be nice if the players could let the fans know that they are having a second week off before traveling to the game.

Last nights formations Cherries 4-4-2, Saints 0-0-0 pathetic level of effort.
Saints worst game since they didn't turn up to play Sunderland in the cup last year.
