Nah it’s not a red as for a situation like that it has to be a DOGSO (denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity) where he’s not going for the ball (as you can’t be sent off anymore for a foul tackle when going for the ball inside the bow (that is if it’s not a certain goal (aka no keeper/an open goal))) as the West Ham defender is falling over when he goes into Broja but is heading towards the ball and takes him out with his legs, so it’s not like he grabbed him with his arms or such. But why it wasn’t a yellow card I don’t know/get
