Since they cut the staff in the ticket office a couple of years ago, it has been a complete shambles.
When the Scottish lady, Lesley ??, was in there , it was great.
Cut backs have cost them money, and there are empty seats everywhere.
People wont wait an hour or more to buy tickets over the phone, which is what a lot still like to do. | |
