The online purchasing at SMS seems to be non functional for the first few days after they announce something. EG renewing season tickets this season, again. I have given up trying and ring up the ticket office, it's worth the wait as generally, it takes less time than dicking about with poorly designed web pages, then ringing the ticket office. |  |

I bought tickets for the Levante and Athletic Bilbao games. The online system worked perfectly and there was no wait involved.

Yep could easily have asked for tix elsewhere but equally i feel a moral obligation to pay for tickets to put money back into the club after the last year or so
