I watched match & despite losing
3-1 to Liverpool, it was much better than previous weeks.
We actually looked organised & worked as a unit.
We were moving the ball forward much quicker & more movement up front.
Also the subs were made earlier & when we changed the system they all quickly adapted to it.
Only criticism was Ellynousi lining up a right wing back again, it's not natural for him & we were giving Liverpool far too much freedom & space down that side.
We looked much better when AMN came on & slotted into that position with Elynoussi moving into a more forward role.Great have Lavia back, he makes a huge difference.
As usual we had some good chances to score but a combination of poor finishing & some excellent goalkeeping meant we finished with just the Adams goal.
But we gave them a game & a few scares so some real positivity for NJ to work on. |  | |  |
