I’m probably in the minority here but the longer this goes on the more I think we should have sacked Tonda the moment it all came out.
Now 5 months after spygate reared its head we still have some form of sanction hanging over us.
Tonda will more than likely get a ban and we are going to have to look for a new manager, the ban won’t be for a number of games it will be for a period of time.
Assuming he is banned from all football he couldn’t work for the club , so it’s not like we can say here have 6 months off and come back at the end of the season.
The fact that Rob Edward’s names been mentioned is encouraging that the club are looking for a replacement ( if/ when ) a ban happens.
The way the FA have gone about things obviously hasn’t helped but he could get news of a ban just before our next league game, leaving any new manager little time to prepare.

I wonder if this could get bigger before it gets better.
We know that other staff at the club were party to the so called spying episodes so I'd be surprised if the FA are not looking into that.
It is possible that others at the club could get a punishment or deemed not fit to manage or work at a football club.

Being as dim as a Toc H lamp (one for the oldies), I hadn't clocked that although a ban initially only excludes Eckert from all activities in England, the FA has the right to ask FIFA to upgrade it to a worldwide ban.
It's safe to assume the FA will do this and it's even safer to assume FIFA will comply in order to set precedent and given they are short of mates these days, stroking the FA will seem a good idea.
