Love this guy. Passionate, genuine, real, cares, honest, brilliant how he salutes the fans and loves a challenge. He certainly has a challenge here but he understands the restraints. He states he is aiming for 6th. That would be great if he achieved it. Certainly a good fit and definitely the right man for the job in my opinion.

I think respect is the key word with Ralph. A man who survives a 9 nil defeat, turns it around spectacularly and who is willing to commit to us for 4 more years, deserves respect.

Will be desperate for him to succeed. The story of 9 nil defeat to relative success would be great. But let's see!
