As per usual SR seem to be lagging behind all of the division in getting new players in.

The best options available would be Premier League loanees. The top Championship teams usually have a few. Coventry have Rushworth from Brighton, Yang Min-hyeok from Spurs and Esse from Palace; Middlesbrough have Targett from Newcastle, Browne from Sunderland and Nypan from Man City. It's difficult to get promoted without them, but I guess they don't interest Sport Republic because there is no potential resale value. January signings are hard enough when you're doing well
We're dropping like a stone and possibly being dragged into a relegation battle so its going to be a pretty hard sell convincing a player to join
Much as I'm hoping we can improve the squad we have a history of dreadful signings in the not too distant past Carillo, Sulemana and Onuachu come to mind, all very poor signings and lost the club millions
Hoping for a decent loan from a prem side, but that will probably be late in the window as we won't be the top choice of destination for anyone [Post edited 20 Jan 19:22]
