Publically blaming a 16 year old on the defeat. Visibly telling him off on the pitch in front of millions of watching fans for losing his temper and getting sent off.

In what universe do you blame one defeat purely on one player who is only 16 years old? What an arrogant tw@t Arteta is. He needs to learn from Tonda who put an arm around Bragg (in public) when he got sent off.
