Of all the ones that have left this is the one that makes me feel most bitter towards a player. Most, even reluctantly, I accept have moved on and would not want to waste my time berating them, but Lovren, one year that is all he managed to give us and then says his heart was always at Liverpool once he played there. Though I would not normally wish someone misfortune, I really do hope he gets his comeuppance one day. Childish reaction by me may be but that is the way I feel. |

I would not even be shocked if he walked before the season starts unless he did know the extent of the losses which would then suggest that the board had decided a long time ago to have a cull of players and wages, and that I would not be surprised about - but it would fly in the face of Krueger and Reed saying at the end of last season, we do not need to sell. |

What about Matt Targett he is a left back and is doing really well in the under 21's, apparently he is showing lots of potential and is just as good as Shaw, we could give him a go? or forren as you said... |

I think the manager got the team line-up all wrong, this wasnt the sort of game for hooiveld as he didnt have the pace to keep up with Lukaku, was shaw injured?
I would of prefered a Ramirez start with Davis coming on... but West Brom got their tactics spot on, they kept all our main players out of the game. |

Ramirez does work hard in almost every game... but only for 20 mins or so... he could be a brilliant player but he isn't consistent enough... But a good finish though, i will give him that... |

I agree, But even if he waited a few more weeks, i think he would of gone to Sunderland and probably done a better job there. |
