Living dangerously against a very good looking Middlesboro team That was definitely a penalty against Verane. Hit his hand that was in an unnatural position away fro the body. Ref didn't see it. Im not complaining. Middlesboro are all over us. We are doing well but one lapse of concentration could always be deadly |

No no no no I know that banana skins are there to be slipped on and we have made a talent out of falling on our arses in cup-tie games, but I am definitely hoping for a lower division opponent at home. I'd be delighted with Harrogate or Crawley at home. Yes please |

One amazing thing is that we have speed up front now. For ages, we've lacked speed around the box. Now we've got nippy players all over our attacking third; Burrell, Smyth, Saito, to name a few. Plus, we have players who aren't afraid to run with he ball at their feet. It wasn't that long ago when Dunne was our most creative player and the best player for carrying the ball upfield. That was insane. Now we have all kinds of players running at the defense, carrying the ball upfield, Obviously, none of our payers are perfect. If they were, they wouldn't be playing for a middling Championship team. But it is such a relief to not have to watch constant back passes and sideways passes. |

Six goals in the last two home games. The chances are coming and the goals are going in. What a joy! After years of having to sit through rubbish like Dykes and Celar, it is a joy to have two strikers who battle, who are in the box for loose balls and not hiding out by the D, and who can find the target. Goals will come for Kone. No doubt about it. He has all the tools. His hustle was responsible for the last two goals. He is a joy to watch and Burrell, well ... he could be a 20 goals man before this season is out. Wouldn't that be amazing? Our leading scorer was Frey last year, with 9 goals. Burrell has already matched that. Long may the chances fall to his feet!! Also, can't underestimate the role of some of our midfielders. Madsen looked great today as did Chair, before he went off. Saito and Dembele weren't completely effective today but they are both always going forward, putting defenders on the back foot, creating chances. Smyth is always a threat. And I've been impressed with the abilities of both Mbengue and Norrington-Devis to turn defense into offense. We are playing well and you have the feeling that there is better to come from the likes of Kone, Sait, Dembele, etc. Rich run of form right now and great to watch! [Post edited 6 Dec 17:23]

Great win in a 6-pointer. Great second half. Fun to watch. Well pleased with our strikers. It's been so long since we've had a real goal scorer and now we have two . 2 points off the play-off spots. On to Birmingham on Tuesday -- another 6-pointer at home. UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRssssssssssss!!! |

Great cross and header for the goal. beautiful timing too. Fantastic save just before that from Naardi. Absolutely class. Every week he saves our bacon at least once. Now we just need to keep a clean sheet. Classic six-pointer this. Both sides cautious, holding the ball, passing about. Not many clear-cut chances.. Should open up in the second half as WBA are forced to push for a goal, hopefully leaving gaps for us to exploit. Concentration will be key. |

These are the first points they have picked up at home and, to be honest, they never looked in danger FFS. |

Frey is a waste of a shirt playing deep. What is the point. He isn't fast enough or good enough passer to make any sense in tat deep position |

How the hell did Naardi save that. Another brilliant save from the lad. Well done! |

Well, here are a few that spring to mind: 1. The Museum of Sex, New York 2. The Phallological Museum in Iceland (a museum of animal dicks, no kidding) 3. Sex Machines Museum, Prague |

I decided today that I really loathe the pink kit. It's more than dislike. It's more than hate. It's even more than detest. It's pure loathing!! But a beautiful win. Well done lads!! |
