What a ridiculous OP. The vast majority of our problems come from a manager who is as far out his depth it is quite sad. He is unispirational, I cannot imagine how awful it must be playing under him. he'd make me consistent packing it all in. Plenty of young players in the building deserve cameo opportunities. |

I have more experience and knowledge at every level and every role within this sport than anyone on this forum, other than Jack247 who does understand the game I take most stuff with a bit of salt. If anyone thinks that his post-match comments last week did not affect the team and player's performances, I don't know what else will convince you that he is nowhere near good enough for the Championship. It needs brave decisions from the new owners to avoid a serious relegation battle., because that's where we are heading with LW. (I miss Michael Duff's bright smiling demeanour. LW makes me depressed before he's even opened his mouth.) |

So after last week's dire post-match interview how are we expecting Darling and Cabango to perform? I'm quite expecting them both to have stormers and begone in January to clubs who have managers that appreciate and encourage them, fingers crossed. |

LW completely lost me after his press conference. Ashley Williams slaughtered Gary O'Neil on MotD saying he had no time for a manager who constantly blamed the players and not accepting any personal blame for the club's results. LW comments made O'Neil look like a saint. His man management and leadership against Sunderland was nothing short of a disgrace. Within 5 minutes of the restart it was obvious Sunderland had come out with a vigorous and energetic approach to the game. Did he adjust at all. Not one iota, oh than he his obviously he thought his plan was going so well, that after 70 minutes he kept with plan that he kept the formation just replaced personally. (As a side note Eom may well have gone on the pitch with a book to read.) LW post match attitude was like a spoilt 8 year old moaning that he did not get the Xbox he thought he deserved. He needs a massive about turn in attitude, which would seem to be out of his reach. Sadly I can see no positive future with him at the helm. |

The best footballer in the Championship ship. He took a really heavy injury in the first half. People like you tell me he's slow, but he overtook Ronald in a sprint to defend our goal. Best player in our squad as a captain by a clear mile. Mentioning Ronald he he had a cracking game today so should not have been surprised. Vipo needs fans like you so that he can carry on running to a point 10 metres from the opposition stop dead and get applauded because he's hood at closing down
opposition players. Comedy gold!! |

I've always a good way to judge a ma ager is his team's 2nd half performance. Whatever did he say at half time."if we continue like this we can get a draw out of this game. " it was blindingly obvious they were going to come far more intensive moving the ball quicker, closing us down in sharply in midfield. Vipo best game by a country mile but he's a million miles from being a Championship striker. Key was completely outclassed by his winger which rattled his performance. So many changes should have been made before 60 minutes |
