Similar eating habits to me.

I joined Noom which isn't really a diet just makes you understand what you are eating.

I now eat healthily, exercise 3 -4 times a week especially when I wont a Chinese or am planning a day out.

Lost 3 stone & feel much better in myself.

Similar to Piroe very good championship player but probably not good enough for the PL.

I like him a lot but if West Ham are pinning their hopes on him to avoid relegation they may well be playing us next season.
