Understandable maybe as the fans were hoping to push the players on to stave off relegation.
In the season we finished in our highest league position in league one, the attendance was up 14% from the previous season. |

I remember a good few years back, we played Chesterfield on a Tuesday night. I think we were first and second, the gate was 5000. A small shred of evidence to help prove that crowds will increase if the product is good and we are winning games.
You can drop the price and do all kinds of initiatives, but the best way to improve those gates is by flying high in the table. |

Baffles me this board. Constant moans about the type of football JM plays, when really you should support him and applaud the fact he’s trying to move with the times and play posession based football out from the back. I agree with what you are saying, my issue is that it’s the first team to show an interest, and it’s burton, who could be argued are a smaller club than us, who we could also be playing in the same league as us next season. When KH left it was to a much bigger club in a much better position, so as much as I was gutted then, I understood. This I don’t, and it feels like a kick in the teeth.
A year or so down the line when he’s repaid his loyalty and a decent sized club comes in, he’d have my well wishes. Not in this instance though. |

Everyone will have their own views on it and whether it was right or wrong and how it may affect us and what it could potentially mean for the future. I know how it’s made me feel, considering everything that’s happened between the club and JM. I’ve come to my conclusion after taking all that in to consideration, and no doubt others will have come to their own conclusion too. |
