Not at all Brian. I was saying I would hope as he couldn't use his hands in training he used the time to work on dealing with the ball at his feet. Looks like he has or the confidence of having Dunne and Cook in front of him helps. They won't give him a hospital pass |

Really? I thought he started ok but then disappeared. He just seems to give up. Tried to tussle then stops almost like he thinks no one expects him to win due to his stature. Needs to come out the team for a bit in my opinion as not offering much |

Felt tonight the game was calling for something different. Sadly nothing on the bench to offer that. Hopefully the new guy will be like a Burrell MK2 and pester a few defenders. Like you said though, poor game and should have won. We move on in hope. It's called supporting your club |

I guess with a broken wrist not much else he could do. What I also liked, can't remember if it was against West Ham or Stoke he was getting crowded at set pieces and wasn't catching the ball cleanly. So opted to punch. Assessed the issue and adapted. I do think he helps the defenders as they know he will tend to come for things |

Probably sat at the cinema just hoping we lost so he could come on here and go on about how he thinks he is right. And again the stuff about the questions after the game. I'm hoping that finally the CM situation will be resolved. It's encouraging that we are now looking at a different profile of player. We needed power and pace and when everyone is fit, we have that. With that in mind you would hope that means they know the issues with the CM. Gorgeous Ronnie Edwards can play there too and although he might come in for Madsen from time to time, whilst Cook and Dunne are playing well, we might even see a midfield two of Madsen and Edwards. Edwards would be fine defensively but can also progress the play
Thought Edwards might get a game at centre back tonight in place of Cook due to the quick turnaround in games |

I have no issue with the opinions. We all have them. I just find them to be so emotionally irrational and the approach so emotionally immature. I guess QPR can make us all a bit emotionally irrational sometimes, but we can still be grown up enough to consider a view and argue our point with respect. What I have issue with is being spoken to like a piece of crap or others being spoken to like that for having a different view or challenging a statement. To then be told a message board is about opinions but what he quite clearly means, it is about his opinion. |

More pace and power in the squad. Hopefully when the situation is right, he will start a few games so that other strikers can be rotated and if coming off the bench have an impact against a tiring defence. He's young with hopefully some potential so maybe a in few years a sellable asset if needed |

I personally would like to apologise if anyone here has taken offence when I give a bit back to the poster I believe we are talking about. Obviously, I am assuming this thread isn't about me and my replies. Many have said that I shouldn't engage but it annoys me when I see people getting belittled for having a different viewpoint. Experiences in my past just makes this an issue for me. A lot of the time we have a difference of opinion, maybe we have a different opinion to everyone else. Doesn't make it any less valid. I am probably getting more annoyed than the actual people who sometimes it is directed at. I just believe if you speak to people like crap, then you can't cry when you get it back. Everyone can have an opinion; it's just the way you deliver it, I guess. Anyway. if at any point someone has seen my back and forth and thought 'oh sh!t not this again' I want to apologise if I have contributed to your enjoyment of this amazing message board being diminished. I know the ignore button is there, but it goes against what I believe in (although tempting) I guess I need to stop getting annoyed for other people |

Why personal insults towards the manager. His thick head you say. Has had a pretty good career to date. Still learning this league. You yourself have said you are not a coach but a fan, so really you don't have a clue as to why he does something the way he does. You constantly moan about his interviews, but if he destroyed the olayers publicly like you do on here, what sort of response do you think he would get. What he says in public and behind close doors are two different things. When he feels it it's needed (like the los to Coventry)he came out and said a lot more.
