Is he really that bad he shouldn't be given a chance? I only saw him play a couple of games as a winger, but maybe he is better in a more central role.
I don't think I have seen enough of him to genuinely say he is not good enough, remember Leeds view of Crainey and Leicester view of DJ was they were cr*p

He needs a chance to prove to himself whether or not he can cut it at this level, as his last spell in the Championship wasn't exactly a roaring success.
Whether he gets it here or not is another matter. Not sure if JR would see him fitting into his system. Only meaningful contribution I can remember him making last season is his cross for Dobbie's goal v Ipswich. Despite our limited numbers it wouldn't be a great shock if he went out on loan at some point early in the season to get a bit of confidence up. |  | | |
