Bought an android box but still end up resorting to watching poor quality streams on laptop. 9 times out of 10 whatever i click on i get the little working message appear with the loading symbol then a box pops up with a message saying error script failed. Generally it means that the link is being blocked, you need install a VPN in order get around this. eg EarthVPN, which I have found v good although others are available. |  | | |

Before going down the 'purchase' route, why not just download it to your PC and get yourself familiar with the system.

IT works in exactly the same principle, there are plenty of videos on line showing how to install the various channels and on her for that matter.

Get a VPN and most of your problems will be solved! THE NBC add on is excellent in the main for match day viewing. | | | |

When you watch sports on an "xbmc" box, generally you are watching the same streams that you would be watching on a laptop since they are captured by the xbmc add-ons from the same places. So if you get pixellation or stuttering on your laptop you will also get it via an xbmc box, and it will appear worse, blown up on a large screen tv.
some advantages: they filter out all the crap adverts and invites to porn sites (shame i hear people cry). They also collate lots (and I mean lots) of sources, more than you could find by yourself via google. Often you will be frustrated by dead web links.But if you pick some of the more obscure sites/links you will often get a better picture due to less people hitting the servers.
There are generally workrounds to isp blocking without resorting to VPNs. Sites like tvaddons.ag (forum) always publish non blocked links but you need to be comfortable using the xbmc configuration tools to amend the link web addresses.
In summary, i find the xbmc experience for sport far better than the old days of hunting down links via google. | | | |

I done the usual, video, add ons, get addons etc. But when got to the list genesis, phoenix and most importantly nbc live sports wasn't there to install? | | | |

Apparently Mobdro is a good download for lots of things Sports, Movies ETC, I've seen it on a Mobile phone and the quality is suberp. |  |
