This is a very very important interview. The man is hanging his own emotions out to dry. There is no Fergie/Mourinho/Van Gaal spin tosser rubbish. He appears to lay his skills thoughts and intentions on the floor in front of us. Total respect for that. If he needs to know more about 'coming from Welsh' then get him and his staff some tickets for the blues games in the 6 nations against France, Friday night in Cardiff 26th Feb. Have an evening out, a cultural experience before moving on to London for the Sunday match. Then the entourage will understand 'Welsh' and they will be onside in spades. I really really like this guy, he is bright and needs encouragement.
