Anyone else having the same problem these last few days?
If I click on a thread I've previously read or contributed to... It no longer goes to the new messages.
It will go to top of the relevant page though.
I end up reading everything twice just to get to the new post.

I get random errors when I try and post complaining about foul language, even when there's no such thing.
I amend the text to say something like "HELLO" and get the same "profanity" error message.
Not all the time, but once I get it I have to log out and log back in or I can never get past it. | | | |

Tried to send a message to support to get it looked at... and couldn;t send because of the same profanity message. |  |

It should remember the last point you read a thread, so I'll look into it if people are getting this on a regular basis. Make sure you're logged in.
The other problem about the swear filter kicking in when you think it shouldn't... this is an anti-spam device which stops all those kitchen ads from appearing. At this point, it not only checks for swearing, but it also checks your IP address against known spammers. If your IP has been used for spamming then it'll tar you with the same reputation but there are overrides we can set here. Whenever this message pops up it also emails us with a copy of what you've written. If it's fine then I override it meaning your profile will never get that message again. However I need to update it so it doesn't affect those that have been posting on the site happily for months.
Not sure about the other white text problem. Not seen that. |  |
