Do you think the Euros will throw a wet towel 09:02 - Jul 18 with 7821 viewsGB11

over the cardiff swansea rivalry?.

I am not an away following cardiff fan, only home. And I go with my old man who is old and doesn't want to sit with the "loud ones".

I've got a season ticket for cardiff next year but the welsh games are what I am looking forward to by far. yes I know cardiff are a bit crap and that is obvious.

I hope all welsh players do well, so I've never felt less of a rivalry personally.

The Euros exceeded anything I've been involved with in cardiff. Making the world cup is my priority to be honest.

I refuse to discuss anything with someone with a guy fawkes picture.

Even if you're a fan of the mentally challenged anonymous.

I'm not a fan of anything, and I leave personal insults to off the internet.
You should try it and grow a pair.
Asking questions to which you have a civil answer to then being a dick about it tells me the mental health challenge is in your corner.

PS - A fan of anon ? 😂 As you well know we have always been the best supported, most successful side since 1975, how far do we have to go back before you get a hard on ?
1927 😂

Rivalry will continue when (if) we are relegated to the Championship, unlikely they will be promoted any time soon due to FFP constraints, by the way how many season tickets have been sold for the coming season?, anything less than 15000 will see a half empty Stadium again.

Cardiff sold out years ago

Rivalry fair enough.

But all this hatred crap died years ago.

There were no arrests at our prem games if I am correct?.

So childish it is hilarious.

Yes, of course, after 30 years of pure hatred.. we'll obviously be best friends in the future.. After a tournament..

The awkward moment when a Welsh Club become the Champions of England.. shh The Swansea Way.. To upset the odds.

Not denying that.

I just think that apart from a tiny set of modern fans, all the hatred will have died when the proper nut jobs lost interest in their 40's and 50's.

Just how it is I'm afraid. However much people still try to dress it up as a blood thirsty derby :-)

The derbies in premier league were ok. You see at least 5 derbies in the uk a year which were better.

Better atmopsheres.

When we won 1 nil it was ok. It didn't surpass other games there like charlton when we up. Man City was better. As was the Man United game.

Then your 3 nil drubbing was a bit drab wasn't it.

Well, I am 47 years old, I have attended many, many Derby's that were violent to say the least, I have always held Cardiff fans as the lowest of the low....

I would have sectioned you if you had told me that this summer I would travel to France, enjoy their company, take the p!ss out of each other, drink and sing alongside them... And I loved it 😳

Personally for me this summer has been a game changer... Still want to beat them and always finish above them, but the pure hatred has gone 👍

There is no Cardiff Swansea rivalry.

We're light years ahead of you. That's not being a Billy Bigbollox. If the situations were reversed, you'd be light years ahead of us.

Not denying that you are far ahead of us at the moment, but when we didn't play you lot for years and some of our supporters considered Bristol City as our main rivals it did not go down well with you lot did it? Personally not too bothered what people think of the rivalry as if or when it emerges again, only then will we know if it's alive and well.

The only way to truly gauge the real feelings between the fans is to ditch the bubble trips . That would be fun

To be fair, Cardiff have found their own expert way of getting rid of bubble trips.
