That is true, playing clucas in front of anybody makes that person look dog shite!
There was plenty of times though, where naughton passed it to a Watford player or just flung a leg at a challenge. He doesn’t really seem bothered. |

Some truth in that although it’s a push to blame clucas for naughtons piss poor passing also lack of awareness in tracking runners. Olsen didn’t seem to be blighted with this - even when clucas and Sanchez swapped after 30 mins |  |

I don't think naughton is as bad as some people think, he's not awesome but is a steady eddy . Clucas in the first 20 mins killed him though. Nauts also had a poor game but if anyone has a chance to watch the game again look at around 30 min mark . Naughton went forward the move broke down, naughton followed the ball and man into midfield to close down.. Clucas job was to drop and cover the space vacated, he just stood wide midfield and left the space wide open, naughton then sprinted all the way back to then cover his own position ! With Sam in no man's land .
It's not even something you see in local league !!
Watch Clucas again, he killed naughton , I think not long after there was a change or the problem was solved but it happened a few times. Clucas was all over the place in the first half. Playing him wide ? Forget it,he's better in the middle but still crap . Think our coach sussed it too . |  | | |
