Maybe we’ll have to use Amat on Saturday pending his loan out. And then we’ll have to find a loan. And then we need 2 more from free agents, loans or stepping up from U23s. We need 4 imo, at leadt 3 being senior players.

We have sold off all the big wage, high value, marquee premier league players (except Bony), and will likely be replacing them with cheap loanees, free agents, youth teamers or no one!
This is nowt but cost cutting to claw back some of the losses on thier investment. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a statement shortly about restructuring/strengthening the squad, ambition towards promotion, building for the future ect. like i said in another thread.... I am all for waiting to see if we bring in any loans (and who they are) and wait to see how our results turn out before making any comment on how good or bad this transfer window has been.
people had been complaining that this was the worst transfer window and then the next day we brought in Mackay and Celina and then everyone was happy saying the transfer window was good.
If we do bring in good loans (CB, CM, and ST) and we keep on playing similar how to we played against Sheff Utd then I think it would be classed as a good transfer window again... | | | |
