In fairness to I would, it happened. I must have been watching same coverage. Too many of his corners were poor; didn't pass near post or straight to keeper and commentator laid into him.

He did do a few poor corners, but after playing every single min over the festive period, it's expected his legs are feeling it, so hitting a ball close to perfect would be some feat.

He still played well though.
