Incident at the top of Yorkshire St. 15:06 - Mar 3 with 2760 views

As I was walking into town the Police were taping off one of the shops at the top of Yorkshire St. 4 Police cars and an ambulance were in attendance. As I got further down there were 3 large Police vans and 2 more cars blocking in a Mercedes by the corner of United Carpets. I didn't know we had so many Police vehicles !

There was rumour that somebody tried to spend more than £100 in one of the shops and a shopkeeper got suspicious.

Seriously though 6 people have been arrested for violent activity and 3 people ended up in hospital. Sounds like a bit of a fight.
