McCarthys distribution is awful. He kicks it to the opposition every time, or out of play, he takes an age to release it He is a very poor keeper and for soemreason Ralph sees him as better than FF?? Oh and along with you oddly
Clearly didn’t go to the Chelsea, Sheffield United or Newport games as yeah McCarthy’s distribution ain’t the greatest, but as shown by Forster’s distribution on those games, we were lucky if it didn’t go out for a throw on to the opposition, whilst McCarthy can at least keep it in play. And when it comes down to keeper skills, well you’ve got one that comes out too much (McCarthy) against one that comes out too little (Forster) but overall McCarthy is quite simply better, but after Forster’s display against Chelsea I wouldn’t be that bothered if he was to start tomorrow

McCarthy isn’t better, never, he’s fooking hopeless, not saying Forster is good but he’s mikes better than McCarthy

Both of their contracts are up at the end of the season and I cannot fathom for the life of me why we don't just let them both go at the end. We need a top quality keeper & have done so for longer than I care to remember. There must be one in the Championship or Europe that's within our measly, constricted budget?

You need a top, top keeper in this league... and we don't have one. It pisses me off that goalkeeper position always seems to get overlooked every Summer when it comes to transfers.
