But they have only played their best since Elyounoussi was added to our midfield. Romeu especially has benefiited from his presence.

Armstrong, Ward-Prowse, Romeu and Elyounoussi is the best midfield combination we've had for years.

Of course, the other crucial factor in our recent success is Forster replacing McCarthy in goal. The whole team now feels more confident and our midfield no longer has to look back nervously over its shoulders. You just have to compare the 2 Norwich games this season to see what a massive difference the change of goalkeeper has made. Over a season that difference is worth 20 points - the difference between battling relegation and challenging for Europe.

I agree with you about Forster, if he had played from the start of the season we would have 5/6 points more and that would have made the season very interesting now

McCarthy is just not very good. It will be very disappointing if he is No.1 next season
