Presently 8 points difference between them but Andover have two games in hand.
Win those and tomorrow's game and they overtake the present league leaders.

I went to watch Eastleigh v Stockport. Bumper crowd. Loads of Stockport fans, who are on their way back to the football league and a great atmosphere, with two drums. Got very lively at the end! Saw quite a few Saints fans too, so much so that the Stockport fans were singing play up pompey! Chatted to a few County fans who were at the Dell when they beat us 2 1 in the cup quarter final 25 years ago now. Good day of non league football. Shame Eastleigh lost but AFC Totton won I see. Perhaps 6 or 7 yellows and a red at in the last 5 minutes for a fracas involving many players.
Decent enough game for this level but the pitch was poor and made controlling the ball a bit of a lottery.
Decent crowd - 173 - and a lot of "vocal" advice for the ref who I thought did a decent job. | | | |

Just seen my boy reach the semi finals of the Peter houseman cup, under 9’s . 0-0 draw won on penalty’s, it was brilliant, the kids gave everything, cuts, bruises, no moaning just proper football. I genuinely enjoyed it more than watching Saints, innocence of kids, splendid. I think I’m gonna stop being such a baby when it comes to Saints, I love em but grown men cheating and acting like c()nts just ain’t saintly. Up the old Basing Rovers😇 |  |

Totton won 4-2.
The game saw them cruise to a 2 -0 lead just after half time and when they hit a 3rd on the hour it looked all over and only a matter of how many.
But then they took the foot off the gas, a goal for Bideford on 68 mins and then another four minutes later opened the game up.
Then Bideford got a penalty which was well saved by the keeper and Totton got their composure back and finished up 4-2 winners.
A great game of football with around 700 in attendance, to cap the day off i won the meat draw in the bar afterwards | |
