Heard Charlotte on her podcast before, but don't know her personally. What an absolute breath of fresh air she is though. We're all guilty of having a pop at the club when stuff goes pear shaped, but the flip side of that is supporting initiatives like this and showing our appreciation to the club for doing so. Hopefully both the community and the club benefit as part of growing our fanbase. Superb stuff and well done to all involved.
