Both players stand out like a sore thumb in this side...saying that Michael Simpkins would probably look decent in this team
Their names are mentioned more than most on Twitter matchday threads which says a lot about their quality and desire to get involved. The first time I saw Quigley's name today was when he got substituted.

Swindon look like a team that get where they are by hard work rather than quality. Shame we couldn't match that this season.
3-2 Dale. After his first assist in ages, O’Doherty gets his first goal of the season. Picks up the ball just inside their half, Runs forward and hammers home from 20 yards. Another great finish

Good game. Hope the likes of Wealdstone provide such entertainment next season.
4-3 Swindon & another Austin goal from another Dale mistake in midfield FFS. This time Dodgson losing the ball on the half way line & 5 seconds later Austin is putting it in the top corner
3 of the 4 goals due to sloppy play in midfield

Austin was a free transfer I wonder what he is on a week.

4-4 Hendo !!! Corner from the left & he gets a free header from 3 yards out
Finished 4-4. In the last minute we hit the post and then Max Taylor blasts over from 5 yards with the last kick of the game. Our defenders will be furious with the midfield who kept losing the ball & leaving us exposed. Crawley won & no-one in the bottom 5 lost so not a good weekend for us
However what a great game with no lack of effort. Blew 2 points though as we were easily the best team after going 2-0 down. Austin the difference & as someone said Pitmanesque or Hendo-sequel in his first spell

Best game of the season by a mile.
In isolation you’d take that every week, effort and a little bit of quality.
That last kick of the game to win it would have been true justice and recompense for a shit awful season.....as it stands we are further behind. Has someone killed a robin?

Some really good pieces of play. I feared the worst after 10 minutes but to their credit the players shower resilience and we scored three good goals. Lloyd and Brierley make such a difference.

Shame that neither will be here next season.

Having gone 2 down then 4..3 down we could have easily capitulated.
We didn't...i think the mood will certainly be up beat ,,we've got nothing to lose ..whatever happens elsewhere is out of our hands in 3 or 4 games it could be completely different again,
Keep the faith

Great entertainment today, and full marks to our lads for keeping going until the end.
Nice to see us score a few for a change, and not be scared to shoot. We had Swindon on the racks for long periods after two horrible lapses in midfield and by Brierley & Keohane (surely he shouldn't be anywhere near the first team?)
Rodney looked offside when he scored our first goal but the strike from Lloyd was sublime and almost a shoe in for Goal of the season.
Then Odoh scored following a run when unchallenged, and almost immediately they scored another before taking the lead again.
Fantastic effort from us to lift ourselves and equalise again and dare I say it, we were unlucky not to go on and win in in injury time.
All in all... the best game at home for several years, and most of the crowd will feel richly entertained.
Well done to Charlie Austin for taking his chances so efficiently. Deserved the match ball. A word for the referee as well, who kept the game flowing, and played the advantage rule better than most.
But it's 2 more points dropped, and a poor crowd given the milder weather.
