Well, that’s effectively it then. Same garbage that we’ve had to put up with for the majority of this season. A few points I’d make are
1 - McNulty clearly isn’t up to managing at national league level never mind league 2,
2-
we play short passes from O’Donnell to centre halves who couldn’t pass water into a urinal.
3- we can’t hit long balls up to our front players as they neither have the pace or presence to win or hold
up the ball.
3- Midfield is slow, can’t pass & can’t impose itself on the opposition.
Personally I’d wrap Brierley in cotton wool from now on, he’s our only real saleable asset. Perhaps Ball, Diagouraga, John, Quigley etc could turn out against Sutton, they deserve a proper sendoff.
