From what I've seen I'd recommend Total Saints Podcast.
It's normally put out on Sunday evenings on YouTube.

Football Martin and MDV Southampton are OK, but they're more based around matchday and chatting to the fans.

What's a pod cast?? Afraid can't be ar5ed with that sort of thing as other things to do with my life (other than the daily viewing of TUI of course) as I'm guessing they're deemed as yet another form of social media which is bad enough as it is for people trying to influence the gullible with their views and boasting how many hit they get?
They strike me (and I'm possibly wrong) as a means of so called celebs trying to make a name for themselves and where do those that set them up get their info from and is it accurate?
Ok, I do occasionally look at twitter if I see a headline that may attract, but wouldn't touch Facebook.
Probably an age thing but we used to get along without it all
